If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No need to send anything back.


Return Shipping

Since we offer a risk-free guarantee there is no need to ship your mouthpiece back to claim a refund. Simply email us within 90 days and we will process your refund directly.

Used Products

We understand this is a personal care product — you need to wear it nightly to know if it works for you.

Used mouthpieces are fully covered under our 90-day guarantee and you are welcome to keep it even after your refund is processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item we will fix it immediately.

Please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • A photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible

Once verified we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
