Shipping & Delivery
Once you place your order, our team begins processing it immediately. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1-2 business days.
Free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA & Canada: 3-7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3-10 business days
- UK & Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of world: 5-15 business days
We fulfill orders from warehouses in the US, Canada, Australia, and Hong Kong to get your Somnelle Anti-Snore Mouthpiece to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock at your nearest warehouse, it will ship from our Hong Kong facility — please allow an additional 2-4 days in this case.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number will arrive via email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
If you haven't received tracking details within 2 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at help@somnelle.com with your name and order number — we'll sort it out immediately.
Missing or incomplete orders
If items are missing from your delivery, reach out to us at help@somnelle.com right away. Some orders ship in multiple packages, but if we've made an error, we'll send the missing items via express shipping at no cost to you.
